We walk through your home
In 60 to 90 minutes we learn everything you have: appliances, paint colours, shut-offs and meter box, plus your gardener, pool cleaner and cleaner.

Use the app to book the handyman, report a leaking tap, or tell us a light bulb has gone. Add a photo if it helps.

We send the right person, order what's needed, follow it up and keep your home record up to date.
Questions before you join
How fast do you reply?
Within the hour, 7am to 7pm, every day. Outside those hours, call us for anything urgent.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. You can cancel anytime. And if you're not happy after your first month, we'll refund it in full.
Who comes into my home?
Insured, checked tradies, booked by us and approved by you before anyone arrives.
Is this for apartments?
Yes. Houses, terraces, townhouses and apartments are all welcome. In an apartment, strata looks after the building and common areas, and we look after everything inside your front door.
What's not included?
Trades, parts and new appliances are charged at cost, with no markup, and only once you've approved the price. Extra handyman time is $110 an hour. For jobs over $5,000, we introduce you to vetted specialists and you contract with them directly.
What if I need more handyman time?
Extra hours are $110 an hour, and we'll always get your approval first.
What happens after I apply?
We'll call to say hello and book your first walkthrough, where we learn your home: appliances, paint colours, shut-offs and your regular contractors.
